Hotels on NevskyAt the moment there is a certain shortage of middle-range hotels in Saint-Petersburg. As a result the city visitors who want to stay not far from the city the center have no other option then few top class hotels with rates from $300 per night. For the low budget visitors who are not planning to spend more then $100 per night for the accommodation there is not much choice. Mini-hotels provide a good option for tourists and business visitors to stay in the city center for reasonable price. Building up new mini-hotels in the centre of Saint-Petersburg is one of our company's main goals. :: What is mini-hotel and the advantages of staying in it :: A mini-hotel normally includes up to couple of dozens of rooms converted from the huge apartments of a historical building. They designed and repaired according to the latest standards. Since the number of guests in a mini-hotel is considerably less than in a big hotel and due to an, guests find themselves in a home-like atmosphere, enjoying individual, family-like approach from the staff. The first mini-hotel launched by our company in August 2002 is "Nevsky 91". It’s situated on Nevsky Prospect, opposite Moscow railway station, which is very convenient for the visitors arriving from or heading to Moscow. In the beginning it had two double rooms and one suite. Now it features 16 rooms: 13 twin, 1 double and 2 suites as well as sauna. In each room there is a shower cabin and toilet, phone, safe and wardrobe. The mini-hotel has fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc. to the guest’s disposal. Alternatively, guests can order meals from the staff. The newest of all “Hotels on Nevsky” Nevsky 22 hotel is situated in the very heart of St.Petersburg in the “Golden Triangle” – the area, where most of the major tourist 
attractions are concentrated. For instance the world famous Hermitage is within a ten
minutes walk from the hotel. The first 17 rooms accommodated guests in April 2004, 16
more rooms are due to be ready by July and additional 16 will come in the spring making up
48 room altogether. The hotel has similar features as our other hotels – “Nevsky 90”
“Nevsky 91”, offering comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price. In addition the hotel
equipped with air conditioning and local water heating system. Each room has a shower and a
toilet, a phone and a TV-set. “First class” suite in addition is fitted with sauna and Jacuzzi.
There are kitchen-cafes, Internet, fax-machine and other conveniences on the floors.
Continental style breakfast is included. Other services including registration and
transfers from airports and railway stations are available. Hotel has comfortable
home-like atmosphere. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English.

The little cozy hotel with just 6 rooms is the newest in “Hotels on Nevsky” mini-hotels chain, opened in May 2004. It is situated at the crossing of Grechesky Prospect and 5-Sovetskaya Street within a short walk from Moskovsky Train Station, “Ploschad Vosstaniya” Metro Station and “Oktyabr’sky” Concert Hall. All rooms have air-conditioning.
